Toilet installation method: (1) Before installing the toilet, the sewage pipeline should be inspected as a whole to see if there are debris such as mud, sand and waste paper in the pipeline. Level, if the ground is found to be uneven, the ground should be leveled when installing the toilet. (2) Determine the center of the sewage pipe and draw a cross center line. (3) Turn the toilet over, determine the center on the sewage outlet of the toilet, and draw a cross center line. The center line should extend to the feet around the bottom of the toilet. (4) Determine the installation position of the foot screws at the bottom of the toilet, drill the installation holes with an electric impact drill, and pre-embed the plastic sleeves of the expansion screws. (5) Install a special sealing ring on the sewage outlet of the toilet, or put a circle of glass glue (putty) or cement mortar around the sewage pipe, and the ratio of cement to sand is 1:3. (6) Align the cross line on the toilet with the cross line of the sewage outlet on the ground, install the toilet, and press the sealing ring with force, then install the anchor screws and decorative cap, and then install the bottom of the toilet. Put a circle of glass glue (putty) or cement mortar around, the ratio of cement and sand is 1:3, and the toilet installation should be kept at the level of front, back, left and right. (7), install or debug water tank accessories. Check the water pipe first, and flush the pipe for 3-5 minutes to ensure the cleanness of the water pipe; then install the angle valve and connecting hose, then connect the hose to the installed water tank fitting inlet valve and press the water source to check the water inlet Check whether the water inlet and sealing of the valve are normal, check whether the installation position of the drain valve is flexible, whether there is jamming and leakage, and check whether there is any leakage and install the filter device of the water inlet valve. (8) If any abnormality is found during the debugging process, please refer to 'Common Faults and Handling Methods of Toilets and Water Tank Accessories' to check and deal with them. (9), install the toilet cover. (10) After the toilet is installed, it should wait until the glass glue (putty) or cement mortar is cured before it can be used with water. The curing time is generally 24 hours. 2. Precautions for the installation and use of the toilet: (1) When installing the toilet, please do not pour cement mortar into the cavity in front of the toilet or other cavities, so as to avoid cracking the feet of the toilet due to the condensation and expansion of the cement. (2) When using the toilet, please do not flush newsprint, diaper pads, sanitary napkins and other easily blocked items into the toilet. (3) The toilet cannot be used in the water environment below zero degrees Celsius, otherwise the water will freeze and expand and the ceramic body will be crushed. (4) In order to prevent damage and water leakage, please do not hit the ceramic with hard objects. (5) In order to keep the surface of the product clean, please use a nylon brush and soapy water or neutral detergent to clean it. It is strictly forbidden to use a steel brush and a strong agricultural production system solution to clean it, so as not to damage the glaze of the product and erode the pipeline.
