A kind face, recognized as Tracy smiling, greeting the customer with a cordial greeting, and verifying the identity of the customer through a membership card or driver\'s license.
But Tracy is not in the same room, not even in the same place in the city.
As a private assistant teller, she interacts with customerson-

First ontario is the First financial institution in Canada to launch PAT remote teller service at Barton branch center in June 2010.
This technology is currently being introduced in the renovation process of all new branches and existing branches.
The PAT service, which will be extended to Dundas this fall, is managed through first Ontario\'s headquarters on Sherman Avenue, as the Credit Union opens its first branch in valley town next to West Starbucks on King Street.
In the traditional sense, there is no on-site Teller in the anccast branch, only the main reception, back office, ATM and PAT machines.
As Schurman explains, PAT machines are surprised by older people who may not be as proficient in computers as their children or grandchildren.
